Gideon is our Team Leadership Group. Our name is Gideon because, like the Gideon in the Bible, we believe we can do extraordinary things with a few extraordinary people. We believe that through God and his empowerment, all things are possible. We also are confident in what the scripture says regarding the value of people working together to achieve a common goal. There is an exponential increase in value, quality, and strength when people band together as a unit to achieve a goal. As it is said, “One can chase a thousand, but with two, you can send 10,000 to flight. In our case, The goal is to facilitate the growth, efforts and success of our teams and its leadership and the community of RWO.

The word BOOST is an acronym for the words Big, Outing, and Others, Strategic, Training. Our Boost meetings are a strategic opportunity for RWO leaders to engage and inspire leadership values through creative platforms that are mostly informal but yet focused on developing continuity and growth in our church.
